All the purchases made in our game are processed by the payment platform. In your case, this is handled by Google Play.

To do this please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Play Store app.
2. At the top right, click your Profile picture.
3. Click Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.
4. For the order you want to request a refund, click on View to see Transaction details.
5. Click Report a problem.
6. Select the reason for the refund from the dropdown.
7. Click Submit.
