If your Season Pass reward is missing, please try the following:

  • Check if any update is available.
  • Make sure you have a good internet connection (you might need to turn off the internet and start again).
  • Restart your device.

Sometimes issues with rewards can be delivered with a delay due to internet connection problems, and in these cases relaunching the game can solve the issue.
